Buddy Vedder is one of the most all-round entertainers at the moment. As a host, actor and singer he gets to an audience of millions of people from the studio, through the big cinemascreen and via the theatre stage.

In the current tv season he’s hosting shows such as: Holland’s Got Talent, The Voice Kids, National Postcode Lottery Deal Or No Deal, Junior Songcontest and The Christmas MusicGala. He’ll also be joining the panel of the TV-Hit of RTL4;The Masked Singer, again.

As an (voice) actor, he plays the most various roles. He featured in several cinematographic movies such as: Elvy’s Wereld So Ibiza, First Kiss, and De Dylan Haegens Film. Or in series such as: De Staatsgreep, De Slet Van 6VWO and Goede Tijden Slechte Tijden. He voice-acted in (Dutch spoken) movies from big companies such as: Disney, Dreamworks, Universal Pictures, Pixar and Sony Pictures. In the theatre Buddy starred in the musical Murder Ballad and was part of a series of concerts named The Legends We’ve Lost: A Tribute To 2016, an ode to his musical heroes. Besides that, he joined the cast of The Christmas Show for the past four years in the ZiggoDome and he danced as Bruno Mars during Let’s Dance in AFAS Live. 

Buddy is a six time nominee for the Zapp Award ‘Best Host’ and accomplished to win the award four times in a row. The Masked Singer won the Zapp Award for ‘Favorite Family Show’ when he was part of the panel. In addition, he won the twentieth season of Wie Is De Mol? And, together with his dance partner Robin Martens, he won the second season of Dance Dance Dance. He himself would like to mention that he also received an award for having the ‘Hottest Hairdo’. But that was a long time ago.
